Property management typically runs a home as an income property — tenants, leases, rent. Home Watch is owner-focused: we're your trusted eyes on a home you use yourself, keeping it checked, documented, and ready for you. We don't manage tenants or take a cut of any income; we look after the house on your behalf.

Do you handle repairs?

We don't perform repairs ourselves. What we do is catch issues early, document them, and — on the right tier — coordinate trusted vendors and give them access to get the work done. You get a problem flagged before it grows, without us marking up the trades.

Question 6

What happens if there is a storm?

On Premium Home Watch, storm response is built in: after a significant storm we visit the property, assess for damage, and report back with photos. Storm visits happen automatically so nothing waits until your next scheduled check — though you can opt out at any time by text.

Question 7

Are there additional fees if there is an response event at my home?

Accepted Answer

Yes — storm visits carry a per-visit fee: $25 in Camp Ellis and $45 in all other service areas. These occur automatically after a storm unless you've opted out via text, so you're only ever charged for a visit you've chosen to keep.
