Coastal Home Co. was created to give homeowners peace of mind, clarity, and reliable support — especially those who live away from their property, travel seasonally, or manage rentals remotely.

After years of managing coastal homes and rentals in Camp Ellis, I saw the same pattern over and over: homeowners needed trusted oversight, clear communication, and professional coordination, but didn’t want a property manager or a general contractor.

Short Term Rental owners needed systems, seasonal readiness, and local backup — but not guest-facing hospitality.

There was a gap, and Coastal Home Co. was built to fill it.

Hi, my name is Colleen. With a background in Facilities Engineering, building systems, contractor coordination, and project development, I bring a technical, organized, and reliability-driven approach to property oversight.

I’ve managed coastal homes, Short term rentals, seasonal transitions, and renovation projects — and understand exactly what owners need to feel confident from afar.
